A nice modern hotel, with clean and modern rooms in a very central location of Chania. Staff super friendly and very welcoming. Especially Olga, she was super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was nice and everything always fresh. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Chania 😎

The property’s location was excellent . It is good value for money however it could be improved . The hotel does not have laundry facilities which is a major draw back. If you visited beaches a few times you need clothes to be washed and cleaned e had to run to a laundry.
Breakfast could be improved with more variety. It offers very limited choices and often repeated

Its location is so convenient to accessing the local supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, boutiques, and the central bus station. It is just 10 minutes walk to the old venetian port which is the main tourist attraction in town.
The hotel is served by a lift/elevator to the reception on the first floor, second, and the rooftop breakfast balcony. It was to us a wonderful place to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast whilst overlooking part of Chani, with the central mountain of Chania overlooking us.
Olga was such a great hostess during our three day stay. She was very hospitable, extremely helpful, very friendly, and set a very high professional standard as a hotel host. Keep it up, dear Olga!
