We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. Right in the very center, with two beaches within walking distance, as well as public transport stops and plenty of shops nearby.
The apartment was spacious and clean, and there was regular cleaning during our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the arrival very smooth.
Since the apartment is located right in the city center, it can be quite noisy at night. The sink and shower cabin are rather small, and the ceiling and some of the furniture are a little old-fashioned and could use some refreshing. However, nothing was critical or significantly affected our stay.

Excellent location. We were able to check in a bit earlier than expected.
Fair cleaning of the room. Friendly owners. A good option for a short stay in Chania.
AC was working.
If you have big pieces of luggage it will be hard to move them up the narrow steep stairs in the entrance.

An excellent location, clean, with friendly and helpful staff, lovely to open the window and see the street below. Basic rooms but great value for money. A comfortable stay. I was able to leave my luggage to go sight seeing.
Lots of stairs to access main area but to be expected in this location.
