Location!! Right beside the old harbor but very quiet. The manager on duty was amazing, so helpful and friendly. She made me feel very much at home.

We had a lovely welcome from the people at Castle Inn. They couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending places to eat and they offered to sort out taxis when we had a problem.
The rooms were spotless, basic but with nice touches like a toothbrush, slippers as well as the usual toiletries. It is a minute away from all the hustle and bustle yet it is actually in a quiet street.
You need to be aware there are steps to navigate and the owner very kindly carried my bag for me.
I would be extremely happy to stay when I am next in Chania.

Awesome position, no more than 1 minute walk from the Venetian harbour.
Bed extremely stiff and not comfortable.
Very small room.
Noise from the street.
On the second day there was a problem with WC.
