Everything is good. I liked it. Location great. Cleaning is great. Staff is friendly.
1) too small for two luggage
2) need to develop the breakfast little bit
3) and A/C system not so comfortable)) need to keep all doors under control)
But non of these points affect having a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel.

Excellent small boutique hotel with disabled access. Very filling and varied breakfast. Wonderful kind and helpful staff. The good sized room had a balcony and was well equipped.
The grey stairs very near the lift should have a warning line marking them out for extra care.
