Die wunderschöne, ruhige Lage direkt am See, das rustikale, gediegene Hotel aus Holz, der Gratisparkplatz auch am Abreisetag, die gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Gratisfahrten mit den Öffis, das schöne, grosse, saubere Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Location of the hotel is perfect, and they have nearby parking so you don't need to walk the long distance from the tourist parking area. They have a robust breakfast, but don't open until 8, which is often when you wanted to be out on your way to an excursion.
There is not AC, but the windows open. This is great for a breeze, but not so great with the outdoor noises throughout the night. It quiets down near the lake after the boats stop around 6pm, but it is still a tourist area and folks might be out late and come down to the lake. Not the hotel's problem but just a reality of staying there.

The staff was EXCELLENT. Cleansing lady’s to receptionist 10/10.
We had a room with the balcony view towards the lake, the views were unbeatably out of this world. I suggest you to book sea view.
The beds were unacceptable in my opinion. You don’t get a normal double bed but two single beds pushed together which are on wheels. So there is no chance of sleeping throng without the beds pushing apart. For that price, a real no go.
Breakfast also run out of bread and eggs around 9am and your always need to request more - which would result in you having to wait - not ideal if you just want a quick bite and head off in the mornings.

Wir hatten ein größeres Zimmer für Zwei im 3. Geschoss. Der Raum war überdurchschnittlich groß und bot einen tollen Blick auf den See.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und bei einem anfänglichen Parkproblem wurde uns sofort geholfen, prima!
Das Zimmer wirkte irgendwie abgewohnt; sauber war es jedoch. Das Bad war soweit okay, aber auf die Details achtete dort niemand: Ein kaum zu gebrauchender Duschkopf ohne Verstellmöglichkeit, Halogen-Glühlampe über dem Badspiegel schon schwarz und kurz vorm Durchbrennen, eine Glühlampe im Zimmer war bereits durchgebrannt und nicht ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück konnte man schon als unterdurchschnittlich bezeichnen, irgendetwas war immer alle: An einem Tag sogar die Butter und Nachschub war nicht mal mehr im Hause. Wer also an diesem Tage nach 9:00 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, durfte auf Butter und Alternativen hierzu verzichten. Margarine gab es nämlich auch nicht. Sämtliche Gäste kämpften allmorgendlich an einem einzigen Kaffeeautomaten um ihr morgendliches Getränk. Teils mangelhaft Deutsch sprechendes Personal im Frühstücksraum machte den Aufenthalt zusätzlich schwierig.
