Great location, loved the pool area on an afternoon! And the staff were always really friendly at the bar on an evening. Room was beautiful and the air conditioning is amazing, you forget how hot it is outside!
The only downside is that the shower was either very cold or very hot, but not a major issue given that a cool shower was welcome in the August heat.

Kettle didn’t have a dedicated socket and I needed to move it under a table to plug it in! First world problem

Rooms were beautiful. Set in a hotel that used part of the old city wall.
Breakfast could have been a bit better.

The location was nice. My room was also nice, tho there wasn't a robe provided as stated in my reservation. The cleaning ladies and breakfast attendants were very nice and accommodating!!
The lady running the place has zero personality. She didn't acknowledge us in the mornings, just walk right past us as we were having breakfast..after breakfast she left the building. Noone was there to get any kind of service until the next morning. The bar was never open inside and the rooftop bar wasn't even in operation mode.. The pool was tiny, dirty and cold.. I sent my laundry and was told it would ready in 24 hours. It took 48 hours and some were still wet.
