Our stay at Villa Masetta in Mondello Beach, Palermo, Sicily was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. The villa itself was nothing short of luxurious—the entire property was beautiful, immaculate, and exceeded our expectations in every way.
The pool and outdoor areas were absolutely amazing, and the villa had everything we could have hoped for to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and unforgettable. It truly felt like our own little piece of paradise in Sicily.
But what made our experience even more special were the staff and the owners. They were absolutely wonderful—so warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made our stay feel personal rather than simply being guests at a property. The beds are crazy comfortable, the rooms are extremely clean and air conditioning was sooo nice!!!
Villa Masetta is truly a special place, and we cannot recommend it enough. If you are visiting Mondello Beach or Palermo, this is the place to stay! We will always have wonderful memories of our time here and would absolutely love to return. ❤️🇮🇹

The accommodation is a historical villa decorated tastefully with a nice pool, a big garden and a roof terrace overlooking the bay. You walk across the street to your reserved sunbeds at the Mondello Beach. The breakfast was of high quality and tasty with decent choice. Our hosts were all very helpful, friendly and attentive.

Amazing proximity to the beach , lovely pool. Facilities were immaculate and staff went above and beyond to create an amazing experience for us all. Highly recommend

The property was beautiful and well maintained and the rooms were a decent size with the necessities.
The “air conditioning” did not go below 25 or 24.5 degrees Celsius in our room. This made it very difficult for my husband and I to sleep at night and unfortunately ruined the stay. We were very tired the whole time and I constantly had heat rash from being overheated. I’ve stayed in many boutique properties similar to this in hot climates all over the world and never encountered one that could not provide decent air conditioning. They need to upgrade their air conditioning systems. It was quite unacceptable.
