Perto da praia de Mondello. Boa piscina, jacuzzi e área envolvente muito interessante.
Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Permitiram a guarda das bagagens, antes do check-in.
Bom pequeno almoço. Boas vistas para o mar.
Ambiente muito agradável.
Os quartos atribuídos eram pequenos, muito pouco espaço para abrir as malas. A base do chuveiro não tinha resguardo e depois do banho ficava o chão molhado.

Away from the main road in Mondello with a great pool area and rooftop dining. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are small especially for two people. There wasn’t space for two suitcases.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience. While there are certainly some positive aspects to the property, several issues with the room quality and guest service prevented it from being the stay we had hoped for.
The Positives:
Staff: The team on-site was decent, pleasant, and friendly throughout our stay.
Pool & Grounds: The pool area and hotel facilities are definitely a highlight. The grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and offer a great space to relax.
The Negatives (Room & Housekeeping):
Unfortunately, our experience with the room itself was disappointing:
Size & Amenities: The room was extremely small, leaving very little space to move around comfortable. Additionally, there was no wardrobe or proper closet storage, making it quite difficult to unpack and organize our belongings.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: We noticed several maintenance and cleanliness issues upon arrival. The luggage rack in the room was broken, there was noticeable limescale buildup on the shower fittings, and we even found a hair left on the bathroom wall.
Lack of Follow-up: We reported these issues (specifically regarding cleanliness and the broken equipment) directly to the front desk. While the staff acknowledged our report politely, nothing was done to address or resolve the problems during the remainder of our stay.
