The location was really convenient as it was across the street from the beach and near the bus stop to go into the city of Palermo. Go to Tabacchari near the bus stop and ask for a 24 hour ticket for about €3.50 so you can use as many times as you want. Don’t forget to run the ticket through the machines on the bus. Take advantage of the bakery (Panificio Del Barbero) around the corner for a midday snack from the beach or a sweet treat. Having a pool at this location was a plus, especially if you decide to relax from away from the crowds at the beach. We really liked the unit away from the main house that is near the pool and was quiet. The breakfast was a good start of our day and we enjoyed our cappuccinos.
The water from the shower would go under the shower door and create a somewhat puddle outside of it. Just have to be careful and not slip when you step out. Overall it wasn’t an inconvenience just needed to state the issue that can be resolved.

Private villa converted to rooms, very stylish and clean. Noemi was fantastic, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her.
Only 2 small things. Our room
Was on the top floor with an amazing terrace but the stairs were very narrow with no rails. In the dark they were dangerous. Secondly the curtains in the rooms were just net so it was bright sunlight at 5am.

The hosts were amazing! Very friendly and always willing to help out with spots to visit, eat at and activities to do. The location is second to none! Right across the road to the beautiful beach. Also walking distance to local gelato and cafes. When we return to mondello this is where we will be staying!
