Very clean and spacious rooms, location was ideal for my conference (at the Royal Ambarrukmo). I particularly appreciated that they messaged me proactively to inform me I’d left things behind in the room after checking out (which I’ve never seen done). The breakfast spread had a nice variety of local food which I really enjoyed.
Nothing really. Some of my fellow travellers had slight issues with water and air con temperatures (but I did not) so the quality of facilities may vary. It’s a little bit hard to go anywhere on foot from the hotel besides Ambarrukmo Plaza, but that’s not really their fault

The hotel was connected to a mall via an overhead bridge, which was convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were all very friendly and professional.
We could hear a bit of the music played in the hallway, but that probably stopped after a certain time at night.

The staff are very caring. 1. We did not went for breakfast as we had an early morning tour and ate outside. the staf called to enquire why we did not go for our breakfast and if we still want breakfast. We activated the Do not Disturb sign and went out. The staff calle dus if we forgot to deactivate the sign and asked us if we want to have our room cleaned.
The wifi is not very good. The connection git interrupted quite often.
