The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was satisfactory.
there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. The location was not particularly convenient, as the hotel is not very close to the main street or central area. The facilities are quite dated, especially the bathroom. There were a lot of mold stains on the walls, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. The air conditioning was also leaking, leaving water all over the floor.
Unfortunately, the bedding was not clean enough either, with visible stains on the sheets.

Everything! From the staff who are always warm and welcoming, to the good smell everywhere inside the hotel, also the fact that they have a very big swimming pool and a complete gym equipment. We spent an extraordinary 10 days and 9 nights there. It feels like home, to the point that we are so sad to leave.
Nothing, everything was perfect and beyond expectation.
