From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how welcoming, friendly and helpful everyone was. From the bellhops and reception team to housekeeping and the restaurant staff, the level of service was consistently warm, attentive and professional.
Vivi from the restaurant deserves a special mention. She was exceptional in her hospitality—warm, attentive and very helpful, and her useful information and recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. She and her team’s service went beyond what we would normally expect.
Another person who stood out was the housekeeping supervisor. He took care of our housekeeping requests promptly and efficiently, always pleasant.
This warmth and willingness to help was not limited to a few individuals—it was evident across the hotel. A big thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well looked after.

Nice, tidy and clean. Food in the cafe and room service is as nice too. Staff were lovely. Location not far from lots of restaurants and mall.
If I had to say anything the breakfast could be improved with a few more protein choices

Friendly and professional staffs, providing useful advice. For example, to introduce local gourmet restaurant and to make reservation for us.
The restaurant in the hotel itself does not provide dinners up to its scale. Luckily, the hotel’s location is quite convenient for us to reach other places / restaurants and to have better dinner experience.

The location, the furnishing and the clealiness,
The breakfast was okay. It could have improved for taste. Variety wise is good enough.
As for the room, everything is perfect except for the shower towels. They are a bit yellowish.
