My second visit to Kotta Go and this time round I stayed for 8 nights. Very friendly and approachable staffs! A special shout out to Rosa, Wulan and Merlyn for always being there. Thank you Rosa for listening and calming me down when I had a problem. The hotel staff really helped and took care of me really well. Definitely will recommend my family and friends to stay here :)

i like that the room is ready and clean, and beautiful. I like the bathroom so clean and the staff are friendly and breakfast is good

The location is in the middle of famous attractions.
The lights are so dim, you cannot see anything clearly. The facilities can be a little bit cleaner.
