The staff at this hotel are amazing! So attentive and welcoming and friendly. The hotel entrance space is lovely - clean, smells good, nice seating, and gorgeous fresh home made hot teas on offer- I looked forward to these each day!
The security and valet are also super friendly and welcoming- all staff welcome you and say goodbye each time you leave or enter :) The hotel rooms were mixed. I say this as the first room we were in was directly beneath the rooftop swimming pool. It was very noisy. However, I asked to move and the man on reception was amazing. He was very polite, professional, helpful and accommodating. He moved us immediately to a new room. This room was not only quiet, but also cleaner , lighter, fresher and nicer in general. The location is spot on for the sights, Marlioboro street and plenty of restaurants.
