Exceptional

Actually I don't know what to write that I didn't write before. It was my 3rd stay here now and that for a reason. It's super close to the metro station in Kizilay. Grocery stores are directly next door and you have more than enough opportunities to find good food just by a few minute walk.

Dirty place

It is in good location

Place wasn't clean, there was hair on the bedsheet, woman hair in the bathroom. Sink was blocked. I stayed 4 days and even if I requested cleaning, they told me they clean it in every 4 days. I wish I have stayed in normal hotel and get quality service for 200 euro. Place is joke. The pictures are misleading. For 3 person stay, there was only 1 double bed and a sofa. It wasn't even a sofa bed. Crazy. I have ended up renting another room for the third person

Exceptional

The accommodation is really close to kizilay and the metro station there. So you can reach every part of ankara very quickly. You also have a lot of grocery stores reachable just by foot. Beside grocery stores you have ample of opportunities to grab really good food just by a quick walk. Tge kocatepe mosque is also basically next door and can be reached in a few minutes.

Exceptional

It was a cozy place with all necessary things provided for a stay. The next metro station is just a few minutes by foot and the location was really awesome with everything you need really easy reachable by foot. I'll definitely book another stay.

The only little down side was that I didn't get new paper towels and toilet paper, even though I was asking for it. But it's a minor thing, so I will not deduct points for it.

Big scam

We booked this apartment because of the good reviews and we needed a washing machine. We didn't see the washing machine on the photos so we asked for confirmation. They answered the apartment was full and there was no washing machine. They offered another apartment and showed some pictures. We agreed, asked for confirmation of a washing machine and the location. They said there is a washing machine, nothing about location. We thought it would be the same. When we arrived, we let them know we were there. No one was there for us. We waited for an hour. We texted and called them, really difficult because they didn't speak English. They sent us another address and we went there. We saw it was located above a nightclub but we would give it a try because we needed a place to stay. The night was horrible and we left earlier. We saw on booking.com that this location was much cheaper and we asked for refund. We contacted booking.com and the owners and both did nothing to compensate. Not even the price difference was paid back. Which is really unfair because they didn't tell the other apartment was cheaper when we agreed. We never agreed if we would have known the rating and reviews about the nightclub.

Good

The owner was hospitable. Fast and stable internet connection. Clean apartments. Ability to rent similar apartments after the end of stay.

There was heating, but was switched on in another flat. So I spent one day without heating at all, after that I got sick. Also sometimes hot water was missing.

The place to stay in Ankara :) ...

Very nice apartment in the very heart of Ankara. Super nice host, with great contact and communication. Friendly staff that met us to handle over the keys. The apartment was large, clean, modern, and fresh. Free street parking in front of the building was available for the duration of our stay. Great price quality ratio. Strongly recommend. Will stay there again when next time in Ankara.

A great place to stay

Excellent location, good contact with the owner, very well equipped flat (pots, pans, iron, drying rack, access to a washing machine). Lovely view from the window on Kocatepe mosque. Highly recommended.

The only thing was a bit unpleasant smell from the bathroom/kitchenette, it was present only on some days.

Dangerous!!!

The place have no safety at all. The Lifter has no door , the bathroom is leaking And the towel is dirty. Also they don’t speak English so it’s really hard to communicate .

Because center - local drivers park in two or three rows ... (but paid parking nearby are convenient)

Excellent Privacy and standard of living

Location was ideal, staff behaviour was nice , very clean, well maintained studio apartment, super comfy bed, very airy room with alot of windows , excellent central heating in the room as well as in the toilet. Management is cooperative and responsive.

Lift doesn't work after 7pm and one has to climb the stairs upto the 7th floor. Also there was no water bottle placed in the fridge and since all the shops were closed after 8pm by the time I checked in, I had to withstand the whole night without water.
