The pillows were terrible. Only one good one which was the big soft memory foam one. Be helpful if there was a clothes horse as towels and wet clothes took forever to dry. We didn’t think $125 was reasonable to get the place made up mid clean. Just a personal opinion. Would be great if there was a broom/dustpan to help keep the floors tidy for those longer stays. Otherwise 10/10

We had a very lovely and relaxing holiday, it was our 1st holiday in Port Douglas and we loved it. We will be back!

The outdoor pool, area was very dirty with garden mess, we were unable to sit and use the space until we cleaned it. The outdoor wooden table was broken and unusable. We would have preferred 2 keys to room.

Passable
The shower was in bad condition, the appliances are old and do not work properly and the outdoor area was not well maintained. Service was poor, they do not supplied towels and do not have wash machine or Dryer. The mobile number on booking.com belongs to a person that does not work for the property and lives in NSW. Directions to get to the room was very poor. You certainly can find a better place to stay in Port Douglas paying half of the price I did.

Would recommend!
Perfect location with the ideal swim out (other end away from pool bar/kids). Room spacious and had everything that was needed. Check in process was smooth and easy. Great to be able to use hotel facilities.
Parking was hit and miss (had to find visitor parking) but was always a spot available even if a few minutes walk and was able to lid and unload as close as possible to unit. No indoor dining space - only causal low table on the verandah which was manageable.

The water in th he pool was a bit cold. Could have been heated if possible.
