Wunderschöne Villa

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig, mit 4 Zimmern und 8 Betten. Die Matratze sind von sehr gutem Qualität. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt genügend Geschirr. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah am Meer, trotzdem einfach zu erreichen und es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief auch reibungslos, obwohl wir 2 Stunden Verspätung hatten wegen des Fluges. Wir könnten leider das gemeinsame Schwimmbad nicht nutzen, da dort gerade Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt worden, aber der Gastgeber hat uns im Voraus informiert und sogar einen Preisnachlass angeboten. Im ganzen und grossen eine sehr gute Wahl für jede Ansprüche auf der Insel!

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Fabulous shared pool. Good space for 2 families. Staff really helpful.

No air conditioning in the basement bedrooms. Were supplied with fan on request which helped a lot.

Exceptional

Very spacious and clean villa. Estella was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Very quiet surroundings. Amazing swimming pool! Definitely worth staying.

Excellent opportunity for a spacious and relaxing stay in Meloneras

Very nice and spacious villa. Private pool. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is available.

ideal accommodation for a group or family

It was spacious,spotless clean,and plenty of areas to relax in.We were a group of 4 but it can sleep up to 8 people .Its 3 min from the pool and 5 /10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. It has air conditioning,washing machine and dishwasher and 3 bathrooms with 2 showers Even though there is a lot of properties for rent ,it’s very quite and peaceful!

we would have liked some information about the local amenities and appliances within the property. info about where the nearest supermarket is and how to use the cooker we’re missing

Nice stay in February

Lovely villa, clean and well stocked. Lots of space laid out over three floors. Everything you could need for short or long stay. Estella made our arrival and departure very easy. Pool area is gorgeous with plenty of space. It's at the quieter end of the resort but only 20 minutes walk from the busier side. Pity there's no little cafe or bar on site but fab supermarket only 10 mins walk away.

It's not made clear on booking that the villa and the whole complex is located on a hill. Be aware that there is a lot of climbing and many steps, great for fitness but tough on our elderly family member. There is a bit of maintenance required around the complex, lots of loose tiles and grates, loose hand rails on stairs. The pool isn't heated so while still lovely isn't used as much as it might be if a degree or two warmer.

Perfectly situated family villa on an excellent complex.

Fabulous villa on an excellent complex. Very well equipped throughout. Comfortable beds, excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Very well prepared and cleaned in advance. Management staff easy to contact and keen to help (slight water heater leak fixed that day). The complex is perfectly situated near to a good beach and restaurants. Coastal walk to Maspalomas safe and enjoyable.

Unfortunately the excellent pool complex was closed for maintenance work, which was a problem for our grandchildren. However, Estela at the management company could not have been more helpful and arranged for us to use the pool at a nearby complex. Brilliant.

Excellent villa for up to eight family/friends beautifully presented and situated close to beach and restaurants.

Rented two villas near to each other for a special family break both with the same management company. Excellent in every way. Well equipped at every well. Beds, kitchen equipment, TVs, bathrooms all newish; certainly both villas are being refreshed as necessary and provide a high standard of accommodation. Situated near to a v good beach with good restaurants. Excellent walk to Maspalomas.

The complex has an excellent pool area. We’ve stayed many times and it is a highlight. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance but Estela at the management company was brilliant. She arranged for us to use the pool at another complex, which was great for our grandchildren. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Well maintained property, good facilities, and walking distance to local supermarket and beach

Lovely property, modern decor with plenty of furniture/seating both indoor and outdoor. Both the front and back outside areas are functional and have the sun throughout the day. Good facilities throughout and the kitchen specifically was well equipped in terms of utensils, crockery, basic spices etc. Communal pool area is maintained well and a good size (we traveled off-peak and there was more than enough space/sunbeds available). There is still ongoing development in the area, however the property is well located - 5/10 mins to restaurants and beach, and a 15min walk to a good sized supermarket.

The property requires a fob to buzz in/out of the main gate, fortunately there were 2 of us on departure so one held the gate open whilst the other ran back to leave the key in the property. This should be better thought out e.g. key box or met by the host on departure to hand back the key directly. Some building work going on at nearby properties on the complex (no fault of the host but it meant you couldn't enjoy the great outside areas as much as hoped).

Exceptional

The triplex was very spacious really clean and freshly decorated. We loved that there were many spots to relax and enjoy both indoors and outside The complex is quiet and has a lovely pool area which we didn't use as we had our own small pool. It is a short stroll to beach supermarket and restaurants and bars. Communication with management company was excellent before and during our trip. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return.

Loved it!

Villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. Smashing patio at the front with a dining area and a small garden with sunbeds and chairs. We were a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurant strip and the pool area was just at the back of the villa. There is a man who calls every morning at 9am selling croissants, bread, eggs etc which was really handy.

Nothing wrong with the villa at all. The only negative we had was that the complex pool and jacuzzi weren't heated and were just too cold to get in, which was a real shame.

Very good

Spacy house with private small pool and nice big public pool next to the house, well equipped kitchen, house was clean. Walking distance to the beach with several restaurants and small shops, supermarket nearby. We arrived last week in October, place was not crowded as Maspalomas area close to Faro.

Wifi was not working properly in the most distanced rooms. We experienced some noise during the day due to reconstruction activities ongoing in several houses around. Description of the house is not clear enough: 2 bedrooms are upstairs with normal size of windows (sea view and pool view) the last one located in the basement with small, basement type of windows close to roof.

Great villa, spacious and clean. Staff welcoming :)

Lovely villa, loads of room, lots of storage space. Owners left accessories in every room to make our stay effortless. Really happy with everything.

Would have preferred to be a little closer to the El Faro beach but that’s just our preference now based on experience.

Absolute fabulous apartment in a great location, will definitely be returning and recommend

Nice comfy beds and bedding. Lots of wardrobe space, good powerful showers. Nice to have beach towels provided

As the apartment could sleep 8 people, feel that more wine glasses could be provided and also a bigger and quicker kettle

This is a great value house, which is well appointed and in a lovely position.

Very well furnished house. Lots of towels, clean, in a good position and very good value for money. The management company were exceptionally helpful when it came to the check out and assisted us when our flights were delayed.

One of the showers had an inadequate attachment to the wall which meant that it was impossible to use it as it sprayed too high for the shower cubicle. We therefore had to take it off the wall and leave it dangling. We reported the problem to the management but it wasn't fixed during the week. It was OK but it could have been been better. Also, we would have found it useful to have a welcome manual which had info on things like where to put the rubbish, how to work the cooker etc. But we worked it out so it wasn't a massive drama.
