Location was good. Easy access to driver and luggage transfer..no walking through alllies. Friendly staff willing to assist ito heaters, payments, food, etc. Water was hot despite the cold.
Conferences were bit noisy but manageable and finished at appropriate hour.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Dhroov Majestic, Shimla, and my overall experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a very warm and welcoming reception, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home.
The service throughout our stay was excellent. Each and every staff member was extremely caring, polite, and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality genuinely stood out and added great value to our stay.
One very important point to note is the hotel’s convenient location. It is easily accessible and offers adequate parking for guests, which is a big advantage in a place like Shimla. The mountain view from the hotel room was simply amazing, making mornings and evenings truly refreshing.
The food was another highlight of our stay. It was very tasty with authentic flavors, and every meal felt freshly prepared and satisfying.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Dhroov Majestic was exceptional, and there are absolutely no reservations in giving it a full 5 out of 5 stars. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shimla and would definitely love to stay here again.
