it was clean and location was near the mall

no lift in Hotel, Bathroom not good, Height of Bathroom and rooms was not good

overall not a good experience

Location of the hotel was not appropriate for travelling by a big car and the same was not confirmed by staff. reaching the hotel direct was problem and needed a lot of calling to the property

Not recommended

Location of site is very bed I recommend park you car in govt parking and go there by lift. Otherwise hotel passage is very dangerous. I will not recommended anyone for the hotel

Overall good and clean hotel

Very close to Jakhu and Mall Road with gorgeous views of the valley. Good Dinner and Buffet breakfast.

Wifi was intermittent.

Exceptional

The rooms were clean and everything was excellent. FOOD was quality and also reasonably priced .

Only this was height at which it us located but it doesn't matter when you are being offered 5 star facilities. Thanks 😊

Amazing stay at Shimla

The place was walkable from the Mall road but by driving it was a long way around as Mall road is not open for all vehicles. Walking up from Mall road in low temperatures is not for the faint hearted especially people with weak hearts from the cities. The place is quite close to major sites like Ropeway, Jhakoo mandir, mall road , Christ Church, and staff is quite supportive. The facilities are basic and the place is quite cozy feel at home. The geyser doesnt work in low temperatures. The rooms were big and the view from the 3rd floor is amazing especially when it is snowing.

The cabs do not come up especially since the roads are steep but thats a problem with all the hotels

The trek to Summit

Puri bhaji breakfast was yummy and not high priced

Location is a drawback for this stay unless anyone wants to visit Jakoo Temple or the church at ridge

Beautiful views

The location is difficult to get to but has glorious views.

The bathroom needs to be cleaner. The wall tiles are old and broken and overall needs to be cleaner

wast of money and time !!!!

its very far from car park . a lot of monkeys so u can’t even open the windows. hotel staff bablu was good other all was dont ever care . they charge me 2394rp for 1 night . not breakfast was included. if u want to go the car park only the hotel taxi can get u there and will charge u 500rp as i paid 600rp bcoz it was at night the lift was no more . not hygiene at all . room was very smiley 🤧. i wasted my money and time . me and my wife was very disappointed. I strongly don’t recommend this bad hotel

room size was good. food was good.

room was not maintained and cleanliness could have been better. in short not worth the price. also it was difficult to reach here. google maps doesnt show the correct route. one should call the hotel beforehand to figure the way out.

Passable

Location is in city centre if you enjoy to be in market place every day. But its located too high. If you are travelling with small kids or parents, be prepared to lose some calories.

Memorable Stay in Summit

Staff, Hospitality and Location is excellent. Staff is very cooperative, soft spoken and helpful. Walking distance from mall road plus we got a wonderful view of the city from our room.

Property is quite old and needs some maintenance. We didn't have problem with it but not all guests will have same expectations as ours.

All pictures update wrong,when you see the room there are totally different, not worthy to stay there too much expensive with no facility, heating not good, overall bad experience to stay there.
