Staff members are very polite and very good.Very cooperative. Happy with their services.
Location was at very highest position making hard to walk up and down the mall road.Our room was also on third floor which is the topmost of the hotel.No lifts here.Breakfast was available only till early morning 10 am only at buffe down.Dinner was available only at buffe till 10 pm.Food can be ordered through zomato like service.

Nice staff and good service, breakfast is awesome.... highly recommend if you visit Shimla please visit Ashoka Inn....nice hotel and staff.

Emplacement au top à 5 minutes à pied de mall road. Personnel très serviable. Grande chambre et très belle vue de la terrasse principale.
Le délai d'attente pour que l'eau chaude arrive dans la chambre, quasiment 1 heure, en plein hiver ce n'est pas évident. Et il faudrait un chauffage dans chaque chambre en hiver car il fait très très froid, et les chauffages d'appoint sont facturés en plus du prix de la chambre.
