The location is excellent, well connected to the mall on foot. Property is very well maintained . hospitality of the staff from front desk, service to dining, everyone was very nice and helpful. The management and staff did their best to make our stay comfortable despite hosting a wedding for the 3 nights we were there. The food preparation in general was good.
It’s a heritage property and lives up to the royal charm!
The variety of food in buffet was good could be better in taste.

Very polite and humble staff. Being a heritage property, liked the look and feel. Get to see the lifestyle of king and queen.
Bathrooms can be more clean.

Large property and room.
Wifi wasn’t working well, the charging ports were faulty and complicated to use . more than half channels on the TV weren’t working .
