From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff were exceptional., kind & respectful
nothing was too much trouble
my only issue was the squeaky floorboards in our bedroom, but it didnt spoil our stay at all

The staff were friendly and the room included a small lounge with a sofa. The food was excellent; we had cooked breakfast each day and dinner twice, all were beautifully cooked.
Our room wasn't serviced 2 days running and the car parking was limited. The wardrobe was crammed full of spare bedding and the robes were moth eaten.
