The location was convenient. The apartment layout was nice and spacious
The apartment had a serious cockroach infestation in multiple rooms, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.
Pest control came but the problem persisted, and it was stressful having to coordinate and wait for them.
Poor hygiene — this is not something guests should have to deal with.
Communication and scheduling for the fumigation were inconsistent and caused disruption to our stay.
