The apartment was great and quaint, it had everything you need, no microwave but who needs that when you have a lot of places that are open late (some 24hrs but I never confirmed) , so no need to heat anything up.
There is a TV and it's a first for me to see a TV that comes with strip lighting built in. We turned it on once but decided not to watch TV and opted for a stroll through Town :).
I recommend Krafne Kod Mate (Doughnuts "Kod Mate"), cold or warm they're so much better than back in the states where it's all fructose corn syrup.
There is a great speakeasy called "Paloma Nera ", there is a parking lot but I recommend just walking there as it can be a wait unless you go in the wee hours of the night.
I also recommend the Marvlvs Library Jazz Bar, drinks are great and reasonably priced. The menu also has some funny quotes, poems,etc
They have a small man-made waterfall (similar to what you see in someones garden , but bigger) where you can actually splash that water on your face and take a sip on a hot day or for a second wind at night.
Also during the day I noticed the restaurants along the marina have misting nozzles that spray a fine mist every so often (smart).
Overall it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this place, not to mention the host speaks English so no need to fumble for your Lonely Planet/Rick Steves travel phrase book or using Google Translate on your phone :D
Nothing for the apartment
A word of caution, if you decide to take a taxi by the marina they will charge you a flat rate of €20 for a 9min drive to this location. The walk is ~23min , so if you aren't too tired and you don't have a lot of luggage I just recommend walking, plus you grab a nice cold one along the way or whatever strikes your fancy.
I do miss the days of " luggage luggage " , they used to have locals with big flatbed style luggage carts and they even would give you their number for next time. They even would help you take it to the ship/catamaran.

It was clean and the actual apartment was pleasant
The entrance was dingy, we couldn’t get the TV to work it didn’t appear to have an aerial
The kettle didn’t have a socket to plug it in without moving it
