best hotel we stayed at during our month long European vacation.

mike and Antonia were amazing. they made us feel like we were coming home when we returned from our day. positive energy from the entire staff! they were happy to be there. the location was fabulous and so were the views.

When I read Booking.com reviews, they tend to be lacking because they are standalone and without context. We just finished a trip where we used Booking.com for six stays. We also had five direct bookings. Our Booking.com stays were in Italy (Milano, Genova, La Spezia), Croatia (Dubrovnik, Split) and Paris. Our selection criteria included location, apartment size (60 – 90 sqm), bed comfort, WIFI, washing machine, elevator, coffee maker, bathroom quality. Other nice to haves include toiletries, iron and board, 1st night coffee, breakfast included. All of the places were acceptable, but none checked all the boxes. This is a decent space. It’s relatively small and does not have an elevator. It met our needs for a two-night stay at reasonable price. There are no negatives. This space ranked fifth out of six but I would stay there again. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

Nice, clean, casual place...only six rooms...but a bit overpriced for what it offered.

Large room, clean.

Minimal accessories. Soap only in bathroom. No shampoo, lotions etc. No towel rods, clothes hooks. No front desk coverage...staff in restaurant street level....but they were very accommodating.

A lovely haven in a bustling city

The location was excellent, close to the action but just far enough to be quiet. The room and bathroom were great, large, modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were super nice. It is run by the same person as the restaurant underneath, meaning someone is always available until midnight, and the choice of breakfast is really good.

I'd avoid August to go to Split, as it is very busy and full of kids wanting to party, but I can't think of anything I'd recommend changing at the hotel itself.

Amazing location with superb service

Amazing location in the old town. Comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Overlooks the courtyard restaurant. Paid parking a short easy walk away. The staff and service were above and beyond. My child was sick the day we checked in, and Michael who assisted us with check in organised for the kitchen to prepare him some vegetable soup, which is not usually on their menu. It was extremely thoughtful and very much appreciated!! Would highly recommend a stay here anytime!

A wonderful experience! Great location, fantastic staff and delicious food.

Staff were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to assist and make our stay comfortable. The manager, Michael, along with his colleagues, Mladen and Nives were warm and welcoming and provided daily suggestions and advice. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Our daily breakfast chats were wonderful :)

It was mega nice, rooms are pretty and organized, location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and a kind staff. It was a really pleasant stay.

The only thing that I see as an improvement is the breakfast, maybe a bit more options would be good. But it was nothing that I did not like.

Fantastic (and needed) short stay in Croatia that ticked all of our boxes!

All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful for the full duration of our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the bathroom with wet shower area (and cold shower!) was great. Fantastic location in the heart of Split - 5 minutes walk from the sea.

Best service ever!

Stuff is great, very friendly and of great help, never had better experience! Breakfast until 11 - great for younger people, after party night. Location is great, pedestrian area in the center, but close to parking (charges apply). Bathroom is also very nice.

Bed was not very comfortable for me, but my friend says it was good for him - all the matter of personal preferences. The third bed in my room has ruined the first impression, as it makes room look smaller and "wow effect" has gone.

The best experience ever in Spli!

Tatjana was just amazing. Felt as if I was home. Breakfast was delightful. The staff overall was friendly and really helpful😊

Central to the old town. Lovely rooms and a bar and restaurant attached.

Nothing I loved it. (no lifts for people who struggle with stairs) not a problem for us
