Nabonne cute and private
great location., refrigerator, microwave, very clean, quiet, no street noise. Friendly host. this is like a studio apartment in the confines of the owners home but with your own locked door entrance, so again, very private.
very late check-in at 1700 without an early bag drop off option. early check-in ONLY possible if you have booked directly and subscribed to the "Early Arrival" option.

Exellent!!
Everything is absolutely great !!! very original decorated in retro style, VERY clean !!! There is everything you need even bathrobes! except that the room looks much lighter in the photo, if you are afraid of a closed space, it is better to choose another one as the place is very cozy, the owner is very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Pleasant
For The Raspail, the location during the day and the decoration. The Jacobin appartment is very nice and silent, it's situated in the inner part of the building.
The Raspail is situated on a first floor facing a square. Because of the heat we had to open the windows, the appartment only has two noisy fans. On a penthouse in front of our building there was a party until 2:30h, the pizzeria on the next door was open until 1:30h, and we could hear the skidding cars passing by at 4:00h and the sweepers at 6:00h. The appartment is well situated and the decoration is very nice, but it's not worth It if you have to pay a lot of money for none rest. We spoke about all that with Laurent and recommended to buy more silent fans. He told us he would speak with the pizzeria owners and the party neighbours. Hopefully the following guests won't have so many problems. I wouldn't repeat the experience.

Bad
We booked for 2 nights and had to leave after just one. The room was freezing cold all night as March nights are still cold and breathing in ice cold air all night as a pregnant woman was not ok even though I had 5 layers of different duvets on top of me (which I now see why they provide so many because they are cheap with providing heating). It gave both me and my husband sore throat, cold, headache and cough in the morning. We couldn't adjust the heating ourselves to a temperature we preferred and when we asked the owner about the heater he only kept repeating 'this is not a hotel, it's a family home' and that it has central heating where as soon as the temperature goes below 20 degrees it will turn on..... A complete lie! This wasn't the case because the room felt like I was camping in Antarctica. As you can imagine it wasn't cosy so I kept waking up in the middle of the night. At 4 am I had enough and decided to text the owner and politely ask if he atleast has a portable heater that we can use the next night because his central heating is clearly not working. His reply was again 'this is not a hotel and it's a family home' and that his heater work. Unbelievable. Never seen a person not believe a customer or 'guests' as he loves to put emphasis on. But he didn't treat us like a guest at all, instead after we left he was accusing me of wanting some free upgrade to the bigger apartment, just because I asked him about it in his picture adverts on booking.com. He explained it was for larger groups of people, I understood and we left that conversation. The next day after our activities we decided to leave because noway we are spending another night in the freezer room however the owner wasn't home. So we called him and told him we decided to not stay another night and we will leave his keys at his home or his post.
