Sehr gute Lage, toller Meerblick! Die kleine Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Henrique war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Großer Supermarkt ist ganz nah.

De accommodatie was uitstekend. Het ontbrak aan niets. Het uitzicht was fenomenaal. De eigenaar verdient een dikke pluim. Buitengewoon vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

The property itself is beautiful and clearly well cared for. It has a beautiful ocean view.
There is no a/c or shade which meant for a very warm stay in July. There are only two garden doors to open for ventilation which means that, to have ventilation during the night, the doors remain unlocked. As two women, we were uncomfortable with this.
There are also be screens in the patio doors which means that, when left open, the unit ends up with a lot of ants. Not shocking, but we didn’t love having ants in the kitchen.
As other reviews have mentioned, Henri was helpful and pleasant during our stay, purchasing a new fan to help with the heat. We ended up checking out early because the heat was just too uncomfortable and he had agreed to refund us one nights stay. Dealing with him afterwards became very unpleasant and I received two very condescending communications from him. I wasn’t interested in continuing the communication with him and decided to forego it he refund he offered.
