Almost everything.
During our stay there was a renovation going on so we could here all the noise, also because there's reno going on we needed to go to level 2 from the main lobby, walk to the other lift passing a mini bridge and restaurant and go to level 3, where our room is located. One of the lift is too hot.

It was super convenient to go anywhere since it’s literally in the middle of the island
I understand they’re renovating the property but that’s the only issue in the hotel.

they charged me 250 pasoes for a glass that got broke and it was worth about 100 pasoes and becouse of this I will never stay there again
