Our room with direct pool access was nice.
Staff were friendly and polite.
Location to White Beach was within easy reach
Bedbugs!! Informed the reception. Was offered another room, but needed to check out the following day at 12 noon, be in limbo for 3 hours, before being given an avaliable room at 3pm. Unacceptable to be subjected to the lobby without a room for three hours, for something that's not my fault.
The TV in the room is not a smart TV. Although it advertised digital channels, it was only analogue. Only CNN news, no BBC.
Great if you understand Tagalog or Korean.
The toaster, at breakfast time. You need to insert the bread 3 times before it gets toasted
(BUY A NEW TOASTER!!)
Eggs - either over fried and hard, or underfried and the whites are translucent and raw.
(THE COOK NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO FRY AN EGG)
During breakfast, the pots containing food are left with the lids raised and the food is open to flies. Staff don't close lids, no signs for customers to close after use.
No lounger chair on terrace, by poolside.
Had to keep the curtains closed all the time, because everyone opposite or in the poll can see inside the room.- No privacy - One way glass needed

Difficult to enter PIN with a dodgy display.

Compared to the Henann Crystal Sands or Henann Palm, this hotel seems run-down and seen better days.
