Tutto, la signora Laura gentilissima e disponibilissima, la posizione ottima...nonostante il caldo era sempre ventilato e di notte si dormiva tranquillamente con la finestra aperta...strada leggermente rumorosa ma a noi non ha dato per niente fastidio

Zimmer war nett so auch die Besitzerin Laura, AC ging leider an seine Grenzen, hätte kühler sein können. Waren am Weg zurück von Sizilien und haben das Haus nur wegen des Pools gebucht, wollten nochmals schön schwimmen gehen.Vor Ort haben wir dann erfahren dass der Pool seit 3 Jahren nicht mehr in Betrieb ist! Hat uns etwas enttäuscht und kurz geärgert aber sonst war es ok.

Accoglienza, gentilezza della proprietaria, pulizia
la struttura è molto periferica rispetto ad Orvieto anche se su una strada statale e quindi con un minimo di traffico a tutte le ore.
Ritengo che l'edificio sia un vecchio casolare molto ben ristrutturato. la mia stanza era all'ultimo piano ed aveva le travi del tetto a vista
per quelle che erano le mie aspettative non ci sono punti di negatività
