We loved the location, decor , ambience and friendly staff ! It was quiet at night . Staff were helpful in arranging a private tour of Uxmal and Kabah for us . Much more quiet at night as not too close to main plaza but very walkable (less than 10 minutes to Cathedral ) Wifi in room was strong
This is not a 5 star hotel but we knew that and wouldn’t stay at one anyway . Breakfast was a little lacking … fruit cut the night before ? Very dry , rock hard bread . Coffee was good !
No English speaking staff after the first day but hey , we are in Mexico

The breakfast was delicious, and the location of the place is great, just in the city centre of Merida, meters away from the Cathedral or Paseo del Montejo. Our view of the swimming pool was amazing. The fact that they have an agreement with a local car park made everything easier. The personnel working at the hotel are super friendly and helpful!
Everything was clean, but the bathrobes had some minor stains; it would be better if they replaced these with new ones.
