Great hotel with a great staff! We usually stay at all inclusive large resorts so this was a different experience which we loved. The intimate feel of staying at this property was something that we'll look to have with future vacations. The room was spacious and the amenities were wonderful. Having multiple pools to choose from was definitely a plus. The staff was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs.

Very nice small hotel Hacienda style keep in mind there is no elevator so ask for a lower level room. If you have a problem with the stairs walkable too many places if you don’t have hot water, please ask them for it.
This was excellent everyone is very friendly and they will always remember your room and your name

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm and Albert received us, he was very helpful with information, Jaime also was very good. Sofia the masseuse is excellent.
