Breakfast nice goodnights sleep due to location we b th like the locaton not too far from the city we found this place when visiting my student son at lincoln brilliant
Cant fault the location is excellant hopingto come back on our own at christmass time

The roome was very clean and convenient. Parking right outside. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice and we ate at Marstons the previous evening which also ha a good menu.
nothing really. second time we've visted and always goes very smoothly. Advisable to book a table if you're there at the weekend, but booking and check in very easy.

The location was great , and convenient with being adjacent to the pub, but the room let it down, breakfast was good
Tv didn't work, bathroom needed to be updated with a walkin shower as I found it difficult getting in the bath, with no handles for support.
Bed was uncomfortable.
