Easy access, room was of a decent size, host was responsive.
We got locked out by another guest who decided to lock the front door from the inside so we were unable to gain access.
Thankfully about 5-10minutes later - the host was extremely helpful and managed to contact the guest to open the front door.

We had an amazing stay and we highly recommend it! The rooms had really interesting themes too - we loved our “Ponte Vecchio” room!

Room was adequate for 1 night. Location good
Elevator not working, we had 2 large suitcases. Thankfully someone was coming down and helped. More suited to young travellers with backpacks
