Excellent location! It’s walking distance from all major squares, museums, restaurants and shopping areas. Even though it is centrally located, it is in a relatively quiet alley so the stay was peaceful.
The room was spacious, well kept and the decor had character.
The host Andrea was polite and super helpful! The are a couple of long flights of stairs so keep that in mind in case you have a lot of luggage.
Lotion and some more bath products would have been nice to have instead of an all-in-one shampoo and bodywash.

Good location, really nice and helpful host
We were in room 6 and the shower was torally messed up. Shower door was broken, shower head was also slightly broken. AC leaking, when you open the window there was a sewage smell and quite alot of buzzing noise not sure from what.

Perfect location, close to everything, very spacious room (we stayed in #5),
And especially the host, Andrea, was amazing! He greeted us promptly and showed us where to go eat, sightsee and gave us a great introduction to Florence. I would definitely come back here again!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and the shared kitchen well stocked with essentials.
It was difficult to find as it is in a small street tucked away from the main attractions. Good navigation skills are essential.
