La qualité de l’accueil , l’emplacement et la chambre
Le restaurant le soir a une carte limitée et n’a aucun intérêt . Ce qui est dommage car l’hôtel est dans un coin reculé donc on n’a pas forcé envie de ressortir pour dîner ..

Vị trí rất đẹp, phòng có view đẹp, công trình kiến trúc đẹp hoà vào thiên nhiên. Có nhiều không gian thú vị để khám phá.
Nếu kỹ lưỡng về vấn đề vệ sinh phòng ốc, hồ bơi thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn

The buildings and accommodation were very nice. Lost in the Vietnamese jungle with breathtaking views.
Either because of lack manpower for this very big domain or lack training but the staff - although very nice - does not provide the service of a 5 stars but the one of an appart-hotel, which is fine but not what we paid for. No cocktails. No welcome drinks. No shuttles. Limited spa hours. Limited breakfast options...
The hotel was almost empty which gave us a very spooky feeling but the staff cannot be faulted for that. The hotel seems to be in a tough spot which is sad.
