The hotel was near restaurants and easy walk to bus station and tours . Nice restaurant and good breakfast
Pool. Pool was dirty and water was greenish. We and other guests complained and did not get in pool. Maintenance man came next day and made it a little better but there needs to be daily maintenance and clearly was not.

Its location, the staff and the complimentary room upgrade.
There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, which they attempted, unsuccessfully, to remedy. And still no lift, and everything is beginning to look a bit old and tired.
