Hôtel minable. Une chambre sans vitre en RDC sur rue passante.

Une chambre sans aucun charme située en RDC sur le parking à 2m des voitures. Une chambre qui n'a pas de vitre seulement des volets, vous devez donc vous maintenir dans le noir en permanence. On ne loue pas une chambre en bord de mer pour ça. Mais le plus Insupportable c'est le bruit.... Le bruit de la rue qui est celle principale, le bruit des clients et du personnel qui passent puisque la chambre 3 est celle dans le passage de l'entrée de l'hôtel. Bien évidemment sans vitre le moindre son vous parvient, impossible de vous reposer. Une horreur. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, il nous a été répondu que cela n'était pas possible. Nous sommes partis sans même y passer la nuit , alors que la chambre était payée. C'est pour dire! Nous sommes très loin d'un 3 étoiles....il est plus proche du 0. Nous allons nous plaindre auprès de Booking pour descriptif mensonger.

Guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Lagune.

Die Lage direkt am Kai und der Blick auf die Lagune durch Palmen ist nett. Es gibt einen großen Balkon, ein gemütliches Bett und eine gute Dusche.

Direkt vor und hinter dem Hotel sind Straßen die auch spät Abends noch mit lauten Motorrädern befahren werden, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf eine Herausforderung sein kann. Dazu kommt laute Musik vom Dorfplatz oder Nachbar-Lokalen. Das Frühstück am ersten Tag ist sehr spartanisch, erst ab dem zweiten Tag darf man auch eine Eierspeise bekommen.

Great place for a short stay

Lovely view and good central location! The staff were great and helped us organise an amazing boat trip with Paco, which was brilliant. The breakfast was good but a little light and a bit slow (some fruit bread and yoghurt) but this place is great for a short stay!

The breakfast was a bit light and a bit slow. More choice and slightly more in terms of quantity would be good. No access to the roof terrace while we were there, but we watched the sunset from the promenade just in front which was equally nice.

in comparison the village the hotel is luxury.

the rooms we have been given are strait on the road and in Mexico there are a lot of motorcycles you can guess the noice. Also the windows there is no glass just shutters :-) so no noice reduction.

rooms need to be checked before people arrive. better customer service needed

good location, rooms were clean

no toilet roll on arrival and only one towel for two people, spoke with reception (who shrugged her shoulders) didn’t get items till the next day. had to go buy toilet roll and share a towel on the first day.

We were late to breakfast, because we did a flamingo tour. The owners went out of their way to make us breakfast anyway. They also offered us Agua de Coco from coconuts in their parking lot that they were harvesting. Overall, very nice people.

Superb

Nice breakfast. Wonderful balcony overlooking the water and village activities. Room was spacious with nice bedding. Safe and comfortable - My kids loved it.

It was pleasure to stay here

It was pleasure to stay here. The view from windows was awesome. Flat was very clean. There was a huge bed- how amazing! The localization- perfect. Not only close to harbour but also close to the best restaurant in the city! I have never eaten better tacos and fish than in Maleconcito next to the hotel.

Breakfast was quite modest but tasty with some fresh fruits

Balcony with table and chairs, large windows, lovely view, decoration, breakfast included, great location

Breakfast is fruit with yoghurt followed by scrambled(ish) eggs and toast - this is fine but it just automatically gets served without being asked if you want all or only part of it. I can't eat eggs and felt bad that they were wasted.

Great location but the hotel is nothing special

Great location. Angel, the boat guide the hotel put me in touch with, was SUPERB. He gave us an excellent 3-hour trip, was polite and helpful, very knowledgeable and spoke great English.

It's a basic hotel so over-priced for what it is. The wifi is awful and doesn't often work. The breakfast is a banana and a sandwich or scrambled eggs so not exactly exciting.

Little stop in Rio Lagartos

The location is great, overlooking the water. The terrace was great for an evening beer & chat. The bathroom was really nice, finally had a good shower 😊

Nice view from all the rooms. Good breakfast. If you want to book a tour ask about Ismael Navarro that will arrange a boat, you’ll see Flamingo and alligator.

Poor Wi-fi connection, common issue in Yucatan.

Simple stay in beautiful location and wonderful mangrove tour - crocs!!!

Beachfront location, rooms looking out to sea, wonderful tour of the mangroves arranged by the hotel with a lovely tour host. We didn’t have the highest expectations as it was very quiet, but we were blown away by the sights on our tour and the hospitality of our hosts. Thank you!

Simple rooms, but the price reflected that and the hosts were wonderful, and we had an excellent visit to rio lagartos

Great location, nice room with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. We booked the sunrise boat tour provided by the hotel by Paco and it was amazing to see flamingoes and crocodiles.

This is a great hotel and great location. Super comfy bed. Amazing view and friendly helpful staff. We only stayed for 1 night and would highly recommend

Superb

Our room - pelican maybe? It was next to "Gaviota" and "Flamingo" - so any of these are the room you want as they are right on the road across from the water and watching the birds are really why most people come here.

the staff was awesome and the room was clean and comfortable.

the location is excellent as it is right on the Malecon. the hotel helped us set up an amazing tour with a wonderfully knowledgeable tour guide for the next day. the patio in front of room is wonderful for relaxing in the mornings and evenings.

the pillows were super hard and too thick and no mattress pad on bed. a coffee pot in room would be nice as I am an early riser to watch the sun rise and the free breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. there is nowhere in town to find a cup of coffee before 7.

Great jump-off point for boat tour

Great boat tour starting directly in front of the hotel. Ask for the guide 'Paco' - he is worth the money: great knowledge of the birds and everything else in the mangroves. Go early at sunrise and share the boat to save money. Parking was very convenient. Rooms were old but quite tidy... Balcony was great also.

Interior is pretty old and bad smell in the bathroom.

Very good

This was basic but all we needed for a one night stay. The place exceeded my expectations, the lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple and delicious, a choice of omelet or yoghurt with granola and fruit. Beautiful fresh bread.
