Great place to stay in Iona, in the midst of nature! Very comfortable. Community toilets and shower rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pods made our stay on the island even more spectacular.

This was my second stay at Iona Pods. I love staying here - the pods are comfortable, well equipped, have great views and generally are very comfortable. It's a great, reasonably priced accommodaition option on Iona.

It’s set in a beautiful location with super views.
The pods are compact but bijou, and easy to keep warm
Very clean and spacious shower/toilet:kitchen/laundry blocks.
The proprietor (Will) was very friendly and helpful when we were on the site. I left my pillow behind (as we had an early-ish departure) which he promised he’d post to my home.
We didn’t know a car permit was required to get onto the island, so we had a flurry of very last minute calls to the local council to ensure we could take our car onto the ferry as my partner has significant mobility issues. We felt that the proprietor wasn’t apologetic for this serious oversight in communication, and it should be made VERY clear to everyone booking that visiting vehicles are largely not permitted.
We also thought the pods were a tad over priced.
Bed was too hard for us to sleep on.
