My experience for this hostel is very positive. The personal is very nice, friendly and helpful. We came early and they kept our luggage until we could do the check in. The rooms are big with a lot of bunk beds but they are spacious on all sides. High to the ceiling and wide with a lot of space for all the luggage, and a special boot to put a locker if you need. There is a curtain to separate, plug to charge whatever you need and light. The bed was very comfortable, although for me the pillow was too thick. It would be great to have an option for a thinner one.
There were a lot of showers and toilets and basins, everything so clean and neat.
The stairs were great to the upper bunk beds. There is a place to hang up to dry.
They have a restaurant with very competitive prices and good food.
We had breakfast included and it was absolutely delicious, with omelette, bread and pancakes, fruit and vegetables and of course coffee.
The hostel is very well located and everything is so easy on justone floor.
I recommend this hostel, I will definitely stay there if I return.
The pillow which for me was too thick, it would be great to have a choice for a thinner one.

The staff was amazing, very helpful with booking transport and tours. The beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean, also with water refills which was very useful - would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Khao Sok!

I stayed in this hostel twice. Once they moved me to the Jungle hostel branch 2, which is across the street from this one, and both hostels were amazing. They are both very clean and the beds are nice. The breakfast is really good and the staff is nice and helpful. Location wise it's amazing, you're right in the small town's centre and the entrance to the national park is a short walk away.
In branch 1 you can hear the parties across the street quite loudly until about 11 or 12 at night, which wasn't too much of a problem for me. In Branch 2 it was very quiet though, so if that's what you're looking for I'd recommend branch 2.

The staff is really nice and helpful. My friend and I booked the Khao Sok tour through them and it was ok. Breakfast was included and good too. Maybe the hostel itself is not that pretty; it's just really simple—one large room with beds and some couches outside
