Top Lage, sehr nette Angestellte
Frisierspiegel im Bad fehlte, nur ein Salontisch da wir gerne Kartenspielen war es eher mühsam auf diesem Tisch. Liegenstuhl fehlte auf dem Balkon

Mountain view, balcony, nice and clean room, quite nice breakfast. Location near the mountains.
There was no receptionist at all! Therefore, you should not call your accommodation as a hotel! We had lots of questions but there was no-one who could answer to them. The only personnel we found was the restaurant people. When asking them about parking, they said "look at Google"! This is not a customer service!
There was no cleaning service. Only after three nights, you could get cleaning.
Only very limited amenities (liquid soap/shampoo), but not body lotion or other necessities. They would be important especially since there is no human service who could bring something that was probably missing.
The room was quite hot due to the heat wave, and there was no air-conditioning and no refrigerator. Our own food and drinks become warm and not so much useful.
Check-out time was 10:00 a.m.! It is too early, especially for hotels. The international standard is 12:00 and some hotels may specify it at 11:00, but I have never seen 10:00 a.m. before.
