Apartment was clean and overall sufficient for 3 adults. Bed was comfortable, sofa bed was okay.
Only one hand towel between 3 in bathroom, shelf above sink was loose and sloping. No hooks to hang clothes while using shower No hand towel in kitchen. Sofa bed covered emergency exit door and also was locked and unable to open in an emergency. Which was a danger.

Jeanette, the member of staff who greeted us, was exceptional. She was very welcoming - and went out of her way to ensure my elderly father's needs were taken care of - in particular by giving him a ground floor room as requested, but also the reassuring way she gave us the staff phone numbers to call should we need any help out of hours. She also made excellent arrangements with the nearby restaurant for our meals. She went above and beyond. Please pass on this feedback to her.

The room is very modern, confortable and clean.
Noise of other guests returning drunk. Doors kept being banged closed and then. Being awken at 7.30am to the gym music reverberating in my room. Need 24 hour receptionist
