• The hotel is very modern, extravagant and visually beautiful, even if not everything is fully functional.
• The rooms are extremely spacious and very comfortable.
• The location is stunning — although it feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere, it is beautifully situated right on the Mekong River.
• The staff were very slow, especially in the restaurant. The bar/counter area often looked messy and disorganized.
• Although the room itself was clean, the chocolate in the minibar was very old and moldy, which is unacceptable.
• Some light bulbs in the room were not working or were flickering.
• The small inner outdoor area of the room was dirty and poorly maintained.
