The Penthouse at Pacific Winds is a unique vacation destination offering guests exclusive access to what has always been a private luxury residence, personally selected and lovingly maintained by the condo's original owners.
Your experience begins with the one-of-a-kind, top floor corner location with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean and miles of sandy beaches up and down the coast.
Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Bask in the warm sunshine and watch for migrating whales on the long deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Relax on the leather sofa or recliners next to the river rock gas fireplace and unwind with a movie on the smart HDTV. Original artwork and quality furnishings are lovingly maintained.
When it’s bedtime you can retire to your choice of two bedroom suites, one has a king bed with full bath and one has a queen bed with full bath, and go to sleep with the soothing sounds of the Pacific right out your window. Both rooms have views of the ocean and the coastal forest.
While staying at Pacific Winds you will have free access to the Exercise Room, Game Room, Heated Indoor Pool and Spa, as well as unlimited high speed WiFi in the unit. There is an elevator from the underground parking up to your floor, with luggage carts as well.

After paying a premium rate for the Penthouse, was disappointed to find no hot tub! Have rented other units at this property at lower cost with hot tub. Also only three chairs were provided on the balcony area - our group was 4 people, which might be an expected norm for two bedrooms. Not major issues, but the expectations for a “Penthouse” are for things to be on point.Using the shower in the larger bedroom, for some reason, had a warm to cool shower only — even after adjusting to hot temperature limiting device (I was first person to shower). Other shower was ok.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Location and view were excellent. Shannon, the lady I had contact was an excellent representative for this property, she took very good care of us. Thank you.

The condo needs a deep clean. Doors needed wiped down. The bathroom fixtures and fan needs dusted badly. Ceiling fan dusty. The furniture in the living room needs replaced. They are broke down. We used pillows to make them a little comfortable to sit on. The front left burner on the stove didnt work. The exhaust fan for the stove is not vented to outside. It just blows right back onto the stove top from the side of the microwave. The beds were nice. The shower in the bathroom in the hall had great water pressure. Like i said the view was great. Just not sure if i should have paid a cleaning fee for mediocre cleaning.
