The Penthouse at Pacific Winds is a unique vacation destination offering guests exclusive access to what has always been a private luxury residence, personally selected and lovingly maintained by the condo's original owners. Your experience begins with the one-of-a-kind, top floor corner location with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean and miles of sandy beaches up and down the coast. Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Bask in the warm sunshine and watch for migrating whales on the long deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Relax on the leather sofa or recliners next to the river rock gas fireplace and unwind with a movie on the smart HDTV. Original artwork and quality furnishings are lovingly maintained. When it’s bedtime you can retire to your choice of two bedroom suites, each with their own queen bed and full bath, and go to sleep with the soothing sounds of the Pacific right out your window. Both rooms have views of the ocean and the coastal forest. While staying at Pacific Winds you will have free access to the Exercise Room, Game Room, Heated Indoor Pool and Spa, as well as unlimited high speed WiFi in the unit. There is an elevator from the underground parking up to your floor, with luggage carts as well. We had the pleasure of staying this penthouse condo and it exceeded all expectations. My mom had recently recovered from months of physical rehab and going to the beach was a recovery goal and her 87th birthday. It was also to celebrate my sisters upcoming 60th birthday so I wanted a very special place where we could see and hear the ocean. The condo did not disappoint. The sweeping view from our balcony was nothing short of exceptional and you can also easily see the view while at the dining table or sitting area. The accommodations were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything any cook would need.The overall cleanliness of the condo was impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. This experience was absolute perfection, and it made for a memorable getaway with my mom and sister. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we would definitely book again. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice location and unit. The plexiglass on the deck is weathered so you need to stand or enjoy the View from inside. Parking is ample. Ez in and out and easy beach access.

This was a very nice place! Beautiful view! The pool was a little disappointing and the hot tub was closed. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

We used pillows to make them a little comfortable to sit on. The front left burner on the stove didnt work. The exhaust fan for the stove is not vented to outside. It just blows right back onto the stove top from the side of the microwave. The beds were nice. The shower in the bathroom in the hall had great water pressure. Like i said the view was great. Just not sure if i should have paid a cleaning fee for mediocre cleaning.

My BFF and I stayed for a long weekend and this space was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with a few essentials, and the view cannot be beat! We will definitely be back!!

We had an excellent time. The condo was sparkly clean and cozy. We loved the ocean view. The Whitewater waves below made you feel like you were on a ship! The beds were very comfortable. The property was quiet, and the sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking pots/pans/utensils we needed. Sharon was fantastic, helpful, and responsive. We hope to be back!

(1) We were awakened the last night we were there by smoke alarms whose batteries had not been changed. We are both property managers for commercial properties and this is something that would have been on the must do list at least once a year. We recommend updating your cleaning staff to this oversight.
(2) the TV did not easily except my casting. Most people traveling will want to access, casting since streaming is the most popular way of viewing entertainment. We recommend asking someone to provide instructions for casting to your TV.
(3) it was not easy to find the garbage area outside.
(4) other than those things, it was a very nicely appointed space, and it was especially nice to have beach towels available. The kitchen was well stocked. as requested, we wash the towels and decided to wash the sheets as well. Since we only used one room there weren’t very many towels to put in the washer. we didn’t know if you were aware that it takes two correct entry code attempts to actually get the door to unlock.

Beautiful ocean front views where the sounds of the surf lull you to that peaceful nights sleep! A very relaxing and an enjoyable time for our annual get together of lifelong friends at what we called the coastal retreat. Suggestions: outdoor friendly beverage glasses for adult beverages, outdoor beach chairs for taking down to the beach , since this is an ocean/beachfront property and not an item that you would typically bring if traveling by air and perhaps some beach towels. Overall, very nice accommodations and a location where we would return again!!!!

Other reviews help me immensely and the reviews for this condo were near perfect. It's perfectly located, amazing views and the condo itself was comfortable, well stocked and very well maintained. I don't usually repeat a location when vacationing but this will be our go to every fall.

The place is great. Hard by the sea. Surf sounds with deck door open. A great place to stage outings up and down the coast. Comfortable to stay in for dinner. Well equipped kitchen.

We so enjoyed the endless view of beach and ocean. Parking was underground and luggage carts available made lugging luggage very easy.

This penthouse condo right on the beach had views to die for! View was incredible with the ocean right outside your patio door. Very quiet and clean and great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, never heard any neighbors, was able to listen to the ocean day and night with no interruptions. Only drawback, drive onto beach access was closed (albeit for good reason, too soft sand). Discovered climbing the stairs and hill back how out of shape I have become, so I will be renewing my work-outs. Kitchen well stocked with needed items. More towels in baths would have been nice, as my brother decided to join us, but we made due. Would be happy to stay again.

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was just as advertised. The view was awesome; the beach was a short walk away and went forever; the unit was clean, including the appliances. The condo was nicely furnished; the furniture was quite comfortable. The location was great, close to many restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay there again--Larry H.

Beautiful condo at the Oregon coast. The condo is kept spotless and is beautifully decorated with all amenities. The location was ideal and easy to get to and out and about Lincoln City. The property was everything that was described with a spectacular view of the Pacific. Our stay overlapped with King Tides; nevertheless we enjoyed an unseasonably sunny afternoon on the beach.
If I could change one thing about our stay, it would be the overbearing fragrance that permeated every corner of the condo. We opened all the windows even though it was very cool outside and put the laundry detergents/softeners inside the dryer and closed the door. Two of the three guests had allergic responses to the scents. Please consider using unscented detergents/softeners/cleaners.
Regardless, we had a wonderful stay.

Blissful holiday retreat
Oh my gosh! This is probably the best place we’ve stayed in Lincoln City. So much so that we nabbed it for a return in July. The location is great because you can walk up to shopping and a few restaurants. Super easy access to the beach. We didn’t go out much, though. Literally hibernated in the unit and watched the ocean storms and cooked comfort food and watched a few movies. Super clean, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed. Really nice!
