A very pleasant stay in Ponta Delgada.
The property is clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing visit to São Miguel.
Although I was staying there only with my wife, the property can easily accommodate up to six people.
The location is convenient for exploring Ponta Delgada and the surrounding area, with easy access to a large supermarket and the highway.
The property is very well maintained and provides a comfortable base for discovering the island.
The check-in process was very easy communication top-notch, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.
Plenty of free parking spots around the property!
Overall, a very good experience and a place I would happily recommend to anyone visiting São Miguel.
The hosts are exceptional. I can't remember ever experiencing such a high level of hospitality.
Teresa and Jorge went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment is located on a 5th floor in an 8-store building. The location close to the highway is very convenient for people who have a car and want to travel around the island. There are many parking lots around the building, and we were always able to par the car close to the entrance. A big supermarket (Continente) is 200 meters from the building. The apartment was very clean and quite well equipped and the contact with the host was excellent.
Proximity to the highway has advantages but also meant that it is noisy at night, particularly if you leave the window open. This is however not a fault of the owner.

It was not ready for day to day cooking (the utensils were old and not in very good state), but If you plan to eat out then it’s fine

El apartamento es excelente, muy bien amueblado, la cocina tiene de todo. Los anfitriones nos dieron buenísima información sobre qué ver y dónde comer en la isla. Hay un supermercado grande al lado. No hay ruido, hay tranquilidad por las noches. Ideal como base para recorrer la isla.
No le podemos sacar fallos, sinceramente, nos gustó todo.
