Checki -in was smooth. The staff are excellent. I absolutely loved this place. The staff are very helpful friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I have been to lots of holidays in Europe but never given 9 stars. Nungwi Boutique is a good place to go. I will highly recommend.
Theres a guy called Abelli please ask for him. He is extremely helpful.

It is ideally located, loved the swimming pool very tidy
The WiFi, internet and network connection was really bad, it was only good at reception and the cafe. There was no variety for the breakfast menu. And the set up was always late, which was an inconvenience especially if you have early excursions. They took our pool towels and didn’t return them.

The Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the fact that they can speak English,so there was no language barrier.
The food was HORRIBLE! It was nothing like an English breakfast. We suffered for the first 2 days , until we asked for baked beans, bacon and atleast Mushroom.
The least they could get us was baked beans. The croissant was not fresh, the only cereal was corn flakes.
Our room(Family Room) The bathroom was too small, the toilet papers was of low quality and it looked like they were not done with paintings on the wall because it had 2 colours.
Ohh and they have loadshedding.
