De locatie! Geweldig mooi aan het strand gelegen, winkels op loopafstand.
Het meest aantrekkelijk is het terras dat uitkijkt op zee en waar je met een trap naar beneden direct op het strand kunt zijn.
Het terras is savonds heel mooi verlicht en rustig.
Het hotel is veilig (24-7 bewaking en in de nacht gaat het hek op slot, ik voelde mij veilig om mijn waardevolle spullen in de kamer te laten. Er zijn badhanddoeken voor het strand te verkrijgen bij de receptie.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Op de kamer is airconditioning, een ijskastje en een muggennet. De airconditioning en ijskast zagen er oud uit maar werkten goed. De badkamer heeft een goede warme douche. De kamers worden zeer goed schoongemaakt, het schoonmaakpersoneel is vriendelijk en werkt goed (geef ze aub allemaal een fooi!)
Het ontbijt is OK, redelijk veel keuze maar wat er was smaakte goed. De keuken was sowieso goed, heb 1x gegeten en het was van goede kwaliteit en een mooie prijs (ook 15% korting voor gasten).
De prijs kwaliteit verhouding viel mee, maar heb toch het gevoel dat ik teveel heb betaald voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt.
De weg naar het hotel was bezaaid met bergen afval, plastic flessen, tasjes, ja zelfs kleine auto onderdelen!!!!....En dit leek er al maanden te liggen!!! Ik snap hier niets van! Dit afval kan met 2 man personeel zo in een uurtje worden opgeruimd en dan oogt het meteen prettiger.
De kamers waren sterk gedateerd en niet onderhouden, duidelijk geen renovatie gepleegd in jaren. De kamers hebben een muffe geur, het hotel doet zijn best dit te voorkomen door luchtverfrissers, mij viel het mee maar voor anderen kan dit erg vervelend zijn. Het bed had geen dikke dekens alleen een laken.
De badkamer had soms een sterke visgeur zelfs nadat er was schoongemaakt??? Snapte niet waar dit vandaan kwam, wellicht lag er afval buiten waarvan de geur naar binnen sloop via het raam.
Wifi was zeer zwak, koop een SIM kaartje meteen op het vliegveld want op WIFI hoef je niet te vertrouwen.
Het personeel leek vaak verveeld en moe.
Het zonneterras zag er rommelig uit en niet aantrekkelijk, ook mag het wel gerenoveerd worden, er lagen allerlei obstakels waardoor je makkelijk je tenen stoot aan betonnen richels.

O ar condicionado é frigorífico são uma mais valia efetivamente.
As almofadas têm um cheiro extremamente desagradável.
A rede mosquiteira não é adequada.
A reposição de gel de banho/shampoo/papel higiénico tem de ser melhorada.
Alguns funcionários parecm que estão a fazer um frete. Principalmente ao pequeno almoço.
A seleção do pequeno almoço deixa a desejar.

Adanın en güzel konumunda bulunuyor. Tüm odaları okyanus manzaralı tesis denize 0 olduğundan dolayı. Restoraninda Gün batımı izlemek muhteşem. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitli.
Personel çok güler yüzlü,samimi ve ilgili.
Temizlik otelin her yerinde çok iyi.
Bölgenin sorunu olarak sahilde çok beachboy var. Size sürekli bise satmaya çalışıyorlar ve çok bunaltiyorlar. Genel olarak zanzibarin bir sorunu

Some things I liked:
- the hotel located on the ocean shore, rooms with ocean view;
- the restaurant also overlooks the ocean, the view is gorgeous while dining;
- the hotel offered a 15% discount to all those staying in the hotel and dining in the hotel restaurant (the discount applies to both food and drinks);
- daily room cleaning, daily towel change;
- helpful staff, here I want to highlight in particular Rehema from the reception who was very helpful with everything related to hotel logistics and more;
- varied breakfast, you always found an option to consider;
- breakfast was prepared even before the official start time (7.30), and the staff was kind and welcomed you to serve breakfast even if it was not yet time for it;
I think that the team of employees they have now is very professional, it would be in the hotel's interest to do everything possible to keep it. A good team means a lot for tourists to be satisfied.
Some things I didn't like:
- the furniture of the rooms and the facilities slightly out of date, an update should be made to the rooms to look in line with the money paid for them;
- I had a few blackouts during my stay there, not very long in terms of time, only one of them seriously affected the activity of the restaurant, which had to provide lighting with some portable lamps;
- the infrastructure around the hotel is quite poor (unpaved and extremely uneven streets), a rain turns the street into real lakes.
I mention that apart from the furniture, which strictly belongs to the hotel in order to be improved, the rest of the aspects mentioned by me in the minuses chapter do not belong to the hotel (power cuts occur all over the island, and the secondary roads are like this everywhere, not only here).
I mentioned these aspects just so that other tourists know what to expect, but I repeat, this is not about the hotel.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, vor allem Rehema am Empfang! Einfache, jedoch saubere Unterkunft. Die öffentlichen Strände liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dort können Liegen und Sonnenschirme gemietet werden (unbedingt handeln!)
Die Sonnenterasse ist nicht besonders attraktiv. Es war laut vom Geräusch der Kühlanlagen und der Zugang ins Meer erfolgt über eine Treppe, deren Aufgang bei Flut überflutet ist.

The only thing I liked was the kindness of the local staff (NOT of the Turkish Manager).
FULL SCAM!!!!
We booked a Suite with Full Ocean View (in general at a very high price). Once arrived, we discovered instead that our room had a full view on the beach next to the hotel, with only a small portion of ocean visible from the corner of the balcony. After checking with the local staff, we were told that the room was a Balcony View, so we tried to verify other availabilities. Suddenly, the Turkish Manager arrived and started to tell us that our room was a Full Ocean View instead and, after telling him that it did not meet our expectations by far, he even suggested us to find another accomodation (we would have done this, if there were other options nearby). Travelling the world, it is the first time something like this happens to us - a rude manager trying to fight guests rather than finding a polite solution.
On top of being scammed, we want to highlight that:
1) The overall conditions of the property are poor maintained and somehow creepy
2) The road to arrive to the place is COMPLETELY SHATTERED AND FLOATED when it rains, therefore it is difficult to reach other places by walking
3) There are very few sunbeds (and none by the beach)
4) The shower does not have hot water
5) Sometimes there is a very bad smell in the rooms (e.g., sewer)
6) The wi-fi always disconnects (every 10 minutes)
7) The breakfast is mediocre

Väldigt slitet, bilderna är väldigt gamla och stämmer inte överens med verkligheten.väldigt slitna dynor till solstolararna samt parasoller.
Luktar illa, befolkningen bajsar o kissar precis under restaurangen som du sen badar i ….
Ständigt högt ljud av fläktar på solgården.
Rummen behöver renoveras
Glöm bröd samt nån form av pålägg till frukost, grillade grönsaker samt varm banan i coccosmjölk till frukost tillsammans med 1000 flugor

The location was perfect and the rooms were clean and neat. The bed was comfortable, the linen was clean and fresh. The air conditioner worked really well. The staff were the best part off our stay. The mossai guards were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were also great.
The property is not value for money at all. The rooms are old and dated didn’t have the amenities like coffee, tea etc, only water provided daily. Poor quality toilet paper, the shower water pressure was bad and the drain clogged. The breakfast was extremely poor and lacked the quality and flavour. I walked past the Amaan hotel breakfast and it was exceptional. This hotel is far cheaper i would recommend booking here instead, we were very disappointed with the Zenobia experience.

La posizione è ottima perchè proprio sul mare e vicino sia a buoni ristoranti (il Mama mia è proprio accanto e ci si arriva sia dalla strada che dalla spiaggia) che a negozietti locali.
La vista è splendida dalla terrazza, la colazione è sufficiente e è possibile chiedere eventuali altre pietanze.
Il personale è davvero cordiale, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutare.
L'unica nota negativa è che la corrente non riusciva a far funzionare il nostro aerosol in camera, quindi dovevamo usarlo in reseption, ma le prese funzionavano per caricare i cellulari ed altri apparecchi.

* Excellent Breakfast
* The view from the Junior Suite Room was amazing. The restaurant is right underneath but the music was mellow and you couldn't hear a thing once you close the windows.
* The rooms are newly refurbished so very clean and comfy.
* Very close to Nungwi beach and a lot of top restaurants within a few metres walk. You could also get a discount at the excellent Mama Mia restaurant when you stay here.
* The AC in our room didn't work but to be fair the resort offered us to move to another room but we loved the view and the room so much we didn't want to change as the room also has a fan. So, I can't complain about anything really.

Tuvu pludmalei un galvenajiem tūristu interešu objektiem. Var snurkelēt un redzēt daudz krāsu jūras zvaigznes un mazliet arī zivtiņas. Šeit bija mazāka bēguma ietekmē kā citās pludmalēs. Tuvu dažādas ēstuves. Viesnīcai ir savi bezmaksas guļamkrēsli+ saules sargi, bet apmēram 16 viesiem. Ja laicīgi aizņem vietu tad ir OK! Pludmales dvieļus dod bez maksas un ir duša kur noskatot sāļo okeāna ūdeni.
Lētajos numuriņos nav seifs un tējkanna. Lētajā 1 stāva nummurā mums nedarbojās dušā, nācās piemaksāt lai tiktu labākā 2. Stāva nummuriņā ar seifu+ tējkannu un dušu, kas darbojās. Maksāt labāk dolāros, jo viņi rēķina neizdevīgu kursu ja maksā viņu naudā. un maksājot ar karti rēķina klāt 5%.

Asked for 1 hour late checkout was approved till 1pm
Upon check-in wasn't happy about the room i booked . Too dark with no seaview .(requested for a sea view ) . The receptionist showed me other room when at end i choose the suite with seaview and been charged exta 90 usd.
Music at bar can be heard . Food wise didnt like it .
Breakfast was very limited and mostly the guest don't enjoy breakfast, only omelette was the best option to eat .no choices for a country who has a lot of agricultural stuff .
Asked for seafood pizza, i had the crust yes but not the seafood. Prices for food are overpriced for the quality of the food .
Hotel doesn't have a private beach. The sunbeds were on the top near the bar so if you want to swim you need to go down the stairs .not convenient .
No telephone in the room , so in case of emergency no one to call .
No room service but if you want to take food from restaurant to the room , they charge you 1 dollars .
Not about 1 dollars at the end you always leave tips .

The location was the only thing that was great staff were also friendly
The hotel was dirty, very old fashioned and out dated. There were maggots coming up the sink and horrific mould in the rooms. We had a group of us so two rooms and we wouldn’t come back. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was limited and swarmed with flies.

Great location. Good ocean view. Good ocean-side restaurant inside - that you have the inclusive breakfast at if you do need eat their at lunch or dinner.
Guest approved Tanning beds. Staircase from hotel to the beach. Mostly friendly staff. Security guard at the gate and Wristband provided to monitor/validate visitors. A shaded patio to relax, chat, snack, ocean watch outside your room
7 minute walk from an ATM
Told at check-in that I would be charged $6 for a taxi that stopped near the hotel (have to travel down a side road about 150m in length). No facilities to store a bicycle, motorbike or car if you choose to rent one.
The locks on the doors are stiff and require patience an manoeuvring to lock.
During high tide afternoon when it’s not possible to walk along the beach to get around, you will have walk down the long road from hotel to get to the places (unless you take a taxi/motorbike everywhere). Additionally, The only way out of the hotel does lead to the local market area. If this is not your thing - consider this.
Some of the staff at the reception could have been more welcoming upon check-in. Felt a little cold.
WiFI connection could be improved. Can be difficult to stream videos -e.g youtube.
In peak travel periods, this hotel may not be ideal as it is quite small in terms of square meters

Не понравился пляж, лежаки стоят высоко на территории отеля , на бетоне, к воде надо спускаться по ступеням, во время прилива вода подходит прямо к ступеням, сразу глубоко и очень грязная , особенно по утрам стоит запах тины или рыбы, не очень приятный. Это несколько портило впечатление . Еда в ресторане вкусная но однообразная, скудный выбор мяса, завтраки более чем скромные, никакой нарезки, сыра, хлеб только тостовый без тостера, иногда была вкусная выпечка

Something that I would like to write about that annoyed me and made me feel uncomfortable is that I noticed many times the owner giving feedback to the staff in a non professional way in front of the costumers. This was very sad. I believe that it’s important to give feedback to your employees but there is right place, time and way of doing it. Doing it in a rude way and in front of the guests is definitely not the way.
