The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout my stay—from breakfast service and promptly addressing the electricity issues to accommodating my additional breakfast requests. Their kindness and willingness to assist made the experience truly enjoyable.
I stayed in Room 6. Unfortunately, the AC was only partially functioning, as the compressor was not working properly. The staff responded immediately and sent technicians to check and fix the issue, which I really appreciated.
However, despite their efforts, the room became quite hot and humid, as the terrace door could not be left open due to the lack of a mosquito net. Adding a proper mosquito net to the terrace door would make a big difference, allowing guests to enjoy some fresh air without letting insects in.
In addition, the compressor is relatively small and makes a considerable amount of noise when running, which was disruptive, especially at night.
Overall, I appreciated the prompt response from the staff, but improving the AC system and adding a mosquito net to the terrace door would make the room much more comfortable.

Staff and location. Good breakfast. Clean. Sunsets. Great restaurant directly opposite on other side or road. We really enjoyed our stay. A great place to decompress
The sand and area directly around the hotel clean and raked, but the beach itself was not clean and loads of seagrass. Not like the photos implied. Daily power outages to be expected. Part of power sharing arrangements in area.

The location was excellent with the ocean views from your balcony and close to restaurants or markets. The staff was very nice and rooms were cleaned every day.
On the island they have power outages every day and night. Unfortunately our hotel had a generator that was located to close to the hotel itself, so it would get very noisy and stinky with gasoline. Sometimes we couldn’t sit on the balcony and enjoy the beauty of the sea due to that issue.
Also, we discovered that the balcony door wouldn’t lock at all since it was broken which was a major safety issue that was never addressed by the management after my complaint. BTW our balcony was on the 1st floor.
