Smiles Beach Resort was a very comfortable, relaxed place to stay on busy Nungwi Beach. The room was large and had a great view of the resort and water, the staff was very hospitable, and there was never a problem getting a nice lounge at the beach.
The WIFI was not the best for me because I kept getting kicked off but Mohammed at the front desk was always kind to help me sign back on.

It was a small quiet resort with very friendly staff.
The coffee as prefer what I drink in tbe UK. They gave a nice selection of teas thoigh

The reception guy was very friendly and helpful.
I like the fact that the rooms were close to the pool
The resort was walking distance to the beach
I had half board and the breakfast was good and the dinner was great 10/10
The toilets by the restaurant was always dirty.
Everyday I had to ask for more towels coz they would only give two and we were 4.
The cats at the restaurant were very disturbing while eating. The chef making the omelettes in the morning would always take long and give other people’s orders first after ordering after us.the safe in the room kept on giving problems

I liked the room set up and room cleanliness and the location of the pull and the surroundings.
The rooms were adjacent to each other without barriers so balcony is shared. The lobby area by the reception was not clean nor was the chairs on the balcony. The pool is beautiful and the location is super but it wasn't so clean when we went in.
The food was awful every single day of our stay. Booking a half board option is definitely not worth it.
