El trato del personal fue excelente. La habitación amplia, limpia, bonita y con terraza.
El desayuno muy bueno. Abundante, rico y servido a la hora que lo pidieses, lo que facilitaba mucho hacer las visitas programadas.
El alojamiento no está en pleno centro de Ella, lo cual al final fue una ventaja. Te quitas todo el jaleo que a partir de la 8 se monta en el pueblo, que está bien disfrutarlo pero no padecerlo. Te coges un tuk tuk por menos de 2 euros y te deja en tu hotel en 5 minutos y a descansar. Si vas en familia como yo lo agradeces

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was peaceful and convenient.
Overall, everything was good. There are only a few minor areas that could be improved, but they did not affect our stay.

Our stay at Ella Mansion Hotel was truly wonderful and offered excellent value for money. The hotel is set in a beautiful and serene environment, perfect for relaxation, and the view from the property is absolutely breathtaking — without a doubt one of the best views in the Ella area.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a very pleasant stay. Both breakfast and dinner were enjoyed at the hotel, and the food was delicious, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes.
What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, always going out of their way to help and make sure we felt comfortable. Their genuine hospitality added so much to our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of Ella in a peaceful setting with excellent service. I would gladly return on my next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.
